📚 Project Overview
The Molecule Visualiser is a web application designed to render and explore molecular structures in 3D. Built to simplify chemical visualization, it helps users interactively view complex molecules from any angle.
💻 Design & Architecture
Developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build an interactive, browser-based experience. The clean UI focuses on usability, allowing users to upload or load molecular data and instantly view the corresponding structure.
🧩 Visualization & Rendering
Uses 3D rendering techniques and libraries to display molecules as dynamic, rotatable models. Enables users to zoom, rotate, and explore different molecular conformations directly in the browser.
⚙️ Key Features
Interactive 3D visualization of molecular structures
Simple, intuitive user interface for easy navigation
Supports loading molecular data dynamically
Clean front-end architecture for maintainability
Web-based: no installation required
🧠 Learnings & Impact
This project enhanced my understanding of real-time rendering, DOM manipulation, and integrating 3D graphics in web apps. It also taught me how to balance visual performance with browser compatibility and responsive design.
